SUMMARY:Amble Ramble Walks
DESCRIPTION:‘If I could not walk far and fast\, I think I should just explode and perish!’ (Charles Dickens) \n\nThe aim of our Amble Rambles series of walks is to get out and explore Bristol and its surrounding countryside! Walks are open to all scouting families and take in woodland\, urban parks\, open parkland\, fields and sometimes streets!! All walks count towards Hikes Away Staged Activities for scouts\, cubs and beavers and will average 5 to 6 miles but are intended for families and so children are the responsibility of their parents and not scouting leaders. Walks are not buggy-friendly\, but are aimed at those that enjoy a good walk and a challenge! \nIf you’d like to join us\, then simply turn up with appropriate footwear\, clothing and snacks! All walks are circular and start at 2pm on a Sunday and there will be three Amble Rambles a year – Spring\, Summer and Autumn!
