This year we are asking as many of our family, friends and the local community to order their Christmas tree on-line (click and collect) so that we can run our tree sale as safely as possible for everyone.
We have four sizes of Nordman non-drop fir trees for sale. These are high quality and long-lasting. They are easy to look after with great needle retention and have soft needles that won’t hurt the kids or pets and look amazing.
There are 2 key points to ensure the longevity of your chosen tree.
- Keep away from heat, whether a fire or radiator. If it must go near a radiator please make sure it’s turned off.
- Water the tree like a cut flower and the tree will carry on lapping it up, up to a pint a day in some circumstances. Make sure you choose a stand that can hold water.
Please click on the link below and complete the short form, selecting the size of tree you would like to reserve.
Once your order is received, within 24-48hrs you will be sent to your email address a PayPal Request for payment. You can pay by debit or credit card and no PayPal account is required.
Once payment is received you will be sent an order confirmation and your tree will be available for collection on Friday 4 December 2020, between 4pm and 6pm from the Scout Hut, between 15-17 Kewstoke Road, Stoke Bishop, BS9
Alternatively, you can collect your tree on Saturday 5 December 2020 anytime between 8am and 11am.
If you are currently shielding or are unable to collect your tree we will be offering a limited tree delivery service to addresses within BS9. There is an additional cost of £5 for each tree delivered. These will be delivered over the weekend of 4/5/6 December 2020.
Should the event have to be cancelled as a result of government guidelines we will of course refund any payments already made.
Thank you for your support. We really do appreciate it. All proceeds will be put towards our new Scout Community Centre.
The online ordering will close at 9pm Wednesday 2nd December if we don't sell out before then.
