For the first time in its history the 43rd Bristol Scout Group’s Executive Committee has recently met ‘virtually’ using the Zoom platform. Issues were debated, decisions were made and ideas were discussed about holding a virtual AGM, camp and other future social events.
With lockdown ongoing and the likelihood of social distancing continuing for some months the Executive are taking this opportunity to have essential repairs made to the existing Hut and the site. In addition we continue with our preparations needed before we apply for planning permission for our new Scout Community Centre. Fundraising, where possible, is continuing.
