Some scouts from the 43rd attended the annual Scout District Camp, held this year in the Mendips. Some of the 43rd Bristol Scouts started to prepare for their upcoming expedition weekend by hiking, by themselves, from Leigh Woods back to the Scout Hut, followed by some practise cooking and learning how to pitch the new lightweight hiking tents. Scouts started back this week with a night of games and team building to help our 10 new starters to integrate and get to know the older scouts.
The 43rd Bristol Scouts had another successful summer camp at Woodhouse Scout Activity Centre last weekend.
