Jubilee celebrations local to our Scout Hut got off to a fine start on Sunday 5th June, with the local residents of Kewstoke Road in Stoke Bishop, BS9 enjoying a wonderful street party together!
Delicious lunches, colourful bunting, crafts, games, cakes and a raffle provide the local community with entertainment all afternoon. Local residents were exceptionally generous by donating the proceeds from the raffle and games towards our fundraising efforts to build a new Scout Community Centre.
An amazing £422 was raised and it really was a community effort. The 43rd Bristol Scout Group would like to thank the residents of Kewstoke Road for their support. We very much look forward to being able to welcome you all to our new facility in due course!
