The Scouts Conquer Pen Y Fan !
The Scouts had a wonderful trip up Pen Y Fan in cracking autumn sunshine and a fair amount of wind. It was a challenge to some and there were tired legs at the end but they all got a lot out of it.

The Scouts had a wonderful trip up Pen Y Fan in cracking autumn sunshine and a fair amount of wind. It was a challenge to some and there were tired legs at the end but they all got a lot out of it.
The Scouts had a brilliant camp at Woodhouse; the weather couldn’t have been more perfect, the food was epic and the Scouts were little stars.
The cubs took part in a hike through Blaise Castle Estate this week, incorporating rope swings, caves, castles and playgrounds!
At our AGM held on 25 June 2019 we were delighted that three of our Leaders were awarded with their Wood Badge for completing their leader training. The Scouts had a brilliant time sailing around the floating harbour with the Avon Scouts Sailing Section. It was a chilly but cracking experience.
The 43rd Bristol Scout Group held a truly fantastic and memorable community plant sale and tea party on Saturday 4 May. Despite chocolate going everywhere, the Scouts made some reasonably edible Easter Eggs !
